Can a two-person team deliver a complete e-commerce relaunch in just 150 hours with the help of AI? That's exactly what we set out to find out. For Möbel-Lux, we rethought an existing Shopware store, using AI from concept through design and development all the way to image generation. The result is a mobile-first online shop with a composable frontend, feed logic and a navigation that borrows from familiar app and social media gestures.
